Our exclusive Travel agent rates are valid from 1^st April 2017 31^st March 2018. Subject to a periodic review on the room nights productivity materialization.

Any specific room types quoted above are subject to availability. Blackout dates, would apply for all sold out periods or in case of any special event in the city the contracted rates will not be applicable. During Christmas and New Year contract rate will not be applicable for Goa, Mysore, Mussoorie, Ranthambor, Jaipur, Corbett. Please note that there will be a Gala dinner supplement charge for Christmas and New Years. Rates are on CP and Non-Commissionable.

All applicable taxes are exclusiveand subject to change without prior notice.

Rates are not valid for corporate clients /internet/worldwide web business and B2B agents.

Rates are not valid during Medical Conferences.

Meal rates are valid for resident guest only.

All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees and in case of International Guests the conversion of the day would be applicable to respective currency conversion prevailing on that day.

We take pleasure in extending the BAR program only for FITs for the new season along with special contracted rates (whichever is lower will be applicable on the day of booking a room) for limited number of rooms.

The above exclusive Tour Operator / Travel agent rates are based upon the volume business on room nights guaranteed by your organization to Royal Orchid Group of Hotels. The rates are subject to periodical review and may be withdrawn in case of substantially low productivity of room nights.

Please note our check in and checkout time is 12 Noon. Early arrival (from09:00 hrs) and late departure (up to 15:00 hrs) is subject to availability. Check in prior to 0900 hours are held from the previous evening and charged extra.For Resort Hotels check in time is 1400 Hrs and check out time is 12 Noon.

For FITs in the absence of a credit card guarantee / Arrival details, reservations will be held on provisional basis up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. There after the rooms would be released andoffered subject to availability.

In the event of No Show or Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival date would attract one night retention on the confirmed rate. Cancellation policy in case of a bulk booking would be as follows

A. Advance Payment- 100% of the room billing to be deposited as advance Payment and Extras to be cleared at the time of check out. Kindly issue the Cheque/Demand Draft favoring Hotel Royal Orchid only for companies or travel agents are enjoying credit facility with Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd.

B. Reservation / Cancellation Policy: - CRS office Bangalore will hold rooms on confirm basis till the given advance payment date. In case of non-payment of the advance payment by the given date, they hold the right to cancel the booking (45 days prior to arrival). In case of any cancellation /amendment between:

45days there will not be any charges levied.
30-15 days of arrival 50% retention.
15-7 days 75% retention
Within 7 days 100% retention.

C. Billing Instructions: - We would appreciate an early advice, in writing, on clear billing instructions for all the Incidental charges such as Room Service, Meals, Health Club Massages, laundry, ISD/STD/Local Calls and Mini Bar Usage and any other paid services.

D. Attrition / Retention: - Subsequent to the acknowledged Contract Rate Letter any further Cancellations should be intimated at least 45Days prior to the date of check in. In case of any cancellations or No Showspoint B will apply.

In case of Early Departure 50% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.

All rates are subject to Luxury Taxes by the government or local bodies as applicable in the respective Regions. In case of any revision in the taxes, the same would be applicable as per the statutory government notifications.
The rates entitle a company to avail credit facility on request. All bills to be settled by cash / credit card at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated with a letter from company if listed on our approved credit list. In case of Bill To Company, payment would require to be settled within a weeks time from the date of submission. Any delay in the payment would attract 2% interest per month on the Total Outstanding Amount for the number of days delayed.
