About the Director General

Rtn. Suneel Dutt Goyal, MPHF III, is the Founder & Director General of the Imperial Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), Jaipur, which he established in 2017 with a mission to build a results-driven, member-centric trade body that bridges industry, government, and society. Born in Alwar and now based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, he brings over 40 years of experience spanning trade, finance, industry advocacy, and community leadership.

A seasoned financial and business strategist, Suneel is the Promoter & Managing Director of Goyal Investicon Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Goyal & Company, est. 1983), offering expert advisory on SME IPOs, project financing, investment planning, and strategic business issues. He was elected the youngest Director and Vice-President of The Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd. at the age of 30, and has served on multiple committees monitored by SEBI (Securities & Exchange Board of India). He has also served as Co-Chairman of the Rajasthan Chapter of the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

An equally committed community leader, Suneel has served as President, Secretary, and Zone Co-ordinator of the Rotary Club Jaipur Round Town (Distt. 3054/3056), and has held senior positions including National Councillor and Treasurer of the Indian Institute of Material Management (IIMM). He is a Patron of the Indian Red Cross Society, a Life Member of INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage), and an Associate Advisor at the Editor’s Club of India. Beyond commerce, his passion for sustainable agriculture, cattle dairy farming, and water conservation has established him as a dedicated agropreneur as well.
