Manoj Kumar is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience, seamlessly blending corporate acumen with academic insight. He is the Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of MM Industrial Education India Pvt Ltd, popularly known as iEdui. Under his leadership, iEdui has become a recognized brand in skill-building and outsourcing, dedicated to bridging the skill gap and creating a robust talent pipeline for various industries.

In his role as CEO & Chief Mentor of iEdui - Youthful India, Manoj has launched the "University-Industry Connect Initiative" (UICI), a program that aligns higher education with industry needs, as advocated by the National Educational Policy (NEP) 2020. This initiative is designed to equip students with the practical skills required to excel in a global economy, fostering a more holistic and application-oriented approach to education.

Manoj’s career is marked by significant contributions to the education sector, including his tenure as Director of the Corporate Resource Centre at Victoria University (VU-GNU CoE) and Director & Head of University Partnerships with international institutions in Australia and the UK. He has been pivotal in establishing and expanding collaborative agreements between Indian institutions and universities abroad, enhancing academic exchanges and practical learning opportunities.

His expertise is widely recognized across various industry bodies. Manoj has been nominated by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as a member of the Smart Manufacturing Council and the Education and Training Panel. He has also served as a jury member for AIMA’s National Competition for Management Students and contributed to the PHD Chamber of Commerce’s committees on CSR, Skill Development, and other key areas.

In recognition of his contributions to the education sector, Manoj has been honored by CMAI at the National UP Education Awards and has been appointed as a Board Member for Executive Education at MIT University of Meghalaya. His vast network with top industry executives and academic leaders underscores his influence and commitment to advancing both education and industry practices in India.
