- Educational Background : Had an excellent academic record since school days and was school topper in Board Exams. After doing graduate in science biology joined Chartered Accountancy Course.
- Secured 13th all India position in Intermediate exam of
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Completed certificate course on Forensic Accounting
Fraud Prevention by ICAI.
- Professional work experience : Having wide experience in fields of direct indirect taxation at assessment appellate stage, audit of
private, public Govt. companies, Company law Board matter, international taxation, project finance, arbitration, management consultancy etc. for a period of over 35 years .
Statutory, concurrent, revenue and CDR audit of
banks, audit of Cooperative banks and societies, Govt. enterprises, secretarial work, company formation, mergers, corporate consultancy, drafting of various agreements, software development, office automation.
- Advisor and consultant for overseas projects and pharma research at Srilanka, Dubai, Georgia Singapore.
- Prepared basic draft for booklet “Guide to Management of Practice for small medium sized practitioner†2012 for a Committee of ICAI.
