Madhurima Sharma

Rtn. Madhurima Sharma is a seasoned leader with over two decades of diverse experience in education, textile design, and public speaking. As the Secretary of Duckling Next Generation Sr. Sec. School, she oversees a team of 100 professionals, managing academics, HR, and finance while also running the Pase Academy for personality development and spoken English. Madhurima has an extensive background in textile design, having held key positions at Suprint Textile and Rajaveer International. Her commitment to women’s hygiene and wellness is evident in her role as Chairman of the Women Hygiene and Wellness Committee. Madhurima holds an MA in English from Rajasthan University and is recognized with multiple awards for her contributions to education and women’s empowerment.
